about

This is a collection of all of the tracks I've made for ThaSauce's One Hour Compo(OHC) competitions over the years. The idea of these competitions is to improve your composition and production abilities by giving you an hour to compose a track which fits a given theme. Most of the time, these themes are simply images. When I started, back in 2014, I was very little production or compositional ability, but as the years of doing OHCs went by, my abilities slowly increased.

This album is a compilation of all of these tracks, in order from the first one I made, to the last. You can hear how some of these are worse than others, but overall, a general trend of improving emerged. I hope this album inspires young aspiring musicians who feel they cannot achieve great pieces of music, as this album serves as a demonstration that with practice, everyone will improve in their hobby.

The tracks on this album have been unmodified since the moment I submitted them at the end of the hour. This includes all of the bad takes, questionable mixing, and complete lack of mastering. As there are 52 tracks in this album, this means I've only spent a total of 52 hours composing all of these tracks.

As these tracks are not meant to be good tracks, I am not asking anything for them. Listen if you want, pay whatever you want(though I only have limited free downloads wtf bandcamp), and do whatever you want with these tracks. All tracks on this album are CC0, meaning you can use them for whatever you want and I don't even care if you credit me!

Enjoy!
